You have so much going on in your everyday living and sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming. Take a deep breath a few times and let's get to planning so we can relive some pressure.
Do we set a to do list or schedule our days? If not, that could be the start for you. I find that as my life goes on if I don't have some type of order i am all over the place and when that happens, I notice that is when most of the pressure, stress, and anxiety come about.
I learned that when things change in my life I must adjust with the change. What do you mean Gee? Well, I'm glad you asked.
I update my boards, wall and purse calendar to fit my new routine or remind me of things I should be doing daily or weekly. I take it easy on myself, for example: I like to journal to do what I call a emotional dump. Now, I like to do it daily but sometimes it just doesn't work that way: I decided that until I get back into the swing of things (since I just had my baby boy Royal, whom by the way is my 6th child.) I would attempt at weekly emotional dumps and work my way back up. Maybe you need to set your days to do certain things around the house so you can maintain the upkeep without feeling drained doing it all in the same day. Just find ways to be KIND TO YOURSELF!
